Muy buen servicio aunque un poco difícil de encontrar el lugar ya que no tiene ningún anuncio afuera /excelent service I little bit hard to find the place because there is no sign on the outside

FYI: The rental car agency is in an unlabeled white building on the corner. No big green "national rental car" sign out front! We weren't changed the high "mandatory mexico insurance" that we paid in Cancun, which is great. But, when we arrived, they did not have our car and made us pay to upgrade, which is unacceptable. Also, they close at 4pm which is quite early.

Booked suv online. But they tried to force a smaller car on me for higher price instead. Told me it was a deal but I found it online for cheaper. Very untrustworthy.

Like seriously, could you make it easier for people to find this place. Took me a few times and several places to find this hidden National and enterprise location.

Tried to charge us US$ 60 per day (!) for a so called mandatory insurance, while our online booking stated literally: including all mandatory insurances. Cancelled with these jokers and rented a car 100 meter down the road with iTour which was cheap and great service. Avoid this place, best for everyone.

Started off on the wrong foot with the office, they did not have my car available at the time I reserved nor did they advise me that they would be late and bringing it from playa del carmen. After a few phone calls I spoke with Angelica who gave me an ETA and she delivered a car. Check out was smooth and easy they did not try to up sell anything or insurance, just what I reserved online. Car was great during the whole rental. The only other problem I had was for the return of the car. They were not present at the time noted online which was 830am and missed my 9am bus departure out of Tulum. After contacting Angelica, she stated they were running late once again picking up a car from Playa. An accident was holding them up. I had no choice but to take the car to Cancun airport so I would not miss my flight. They were understanding and did not charge me any extra fees. I would have gave 5 stars otherwise.
