De tarjeta de crédito ..cubran los tres últimos dígitos .. ya los denuncie. Be careful with this branch, they steal your identity and misuse your data. Credit card…cover the last three digits…I already reported them.

Sin embargo logré pedir la transportación y el tiempo de espera fue de 10-15 minutos; que se entiende claro, por la distancia. Muchas gracias a Heber, el ejecutivo de renta quién me atendió y a Juan (la persona que fue por mi al aeropuerto), ellos hicieron que mi experiencia fuera de lo mejor. Heber se disculpó porque mi reserva era para 12am y había quedado a las 12pm; me preguntó si el Nissan Versa cumplía con mis necesidades. Juan en el trayecto me explicó el camino a seguir para devolver el auto; que aún así, cuando lo devolví me perdí, pero una una chica en turno, que no recuerdo su nombre porque no es común, me orientó. :) Las instalaciones son muy agradables, el sanitario requiere mayor higiene, el auto, ni se diga, fue un modelo reciente. Mi experiencia en general fue de 5 estrellas. (reserva bajo el nombre de mi hermana 481422C). Upon my arrival there was no one at the counter and there was no information on which number to contact. However, I managed to request transportation and the waiting time was 10-15 minutes; that is understood clearly, by the distance. Many thanks to Heber, the rental executive who assisted me and Juan (the person who went to the airport for me), they made my experience the best. Heber was apologetic that my reservation was for 12am and he had arranged to meet at 12pm; He asked me if the Nissan Versa met my needs. On the way, Juan explained to me the way to go to return the car; that even so, when I returned it I got lost, but a girl on duty, who I don't remember her name because she is not common, guided me. :) The facilities are very nice, the toilet requires more hygiene, the car, not to mention, was a recent model. My overall experience was 5 stars. (reservation under the name of my sister 481422C).
M	Maximiliano Asprella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos atendio Jorge Palacios Alquilamos un auto y lo pagamos por internet, al ir a buscar el vehiculo no nos dieron el mismo, nos dicen que para darnos el auto teniamos que hacer otra reserva en persona la cual era mucho mas cara. No nos devolvieron el dinero ya nos decian que teniamos que llevar impreso el estado de cuenta, tambien se rehusaron a darnos un comprobante de que no nos daban el vehiculo, por tanto tengo que iniciar el reclamo en la tarjeta. Si van a alquilar por internet para ya tener todo organizado y asegurado esta no es la rentadora indicada, van a perder el dia porque no van a respetar el precio de internet, como pueden ver aqui no es al unico que le sucedio esto, no se dejen llevar por las estrellas falsas que tienen. Nos fuimos sin el auto y perdimos el fin de semana en Monterrey. Jorge Palacios attended us We rented a car and paid for it online, when we went to look for the vehicle they did not give us the same one, they told us that to give us the car we had to make another reservation in person which was much more expensive. They did not return the money to us and they told us that we had to have the account statement printed, they also refused to give us proof that they did not give us the vehicle, therefore I have to start the claim on the card. If you are going to rent online to have everything organized and insured, this is not the right rental company, you are going to lose the day because you are not going to respect the internet price, as you can see here, it is not the only one that this happened to, I don't know get carried away by the false stars they have. We left without the car and lost the weekend in Monterrey.

M	Maggie Fernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved it on Expedia and paid for the insurance, when we went to pick up the car they told us that we had to cancel Expedia's insurance to buy theirs even though it was the same coverage and price, the inconvenience was to bad that we lost too much time arguing with them and I missed two appointments I had on that city, so we ended canceling the whole reservation, and went to a better place with no hidden information about the rental or obligation to buy their insurance at the little bottom with tiny letters, but it took us a pain in the neck since we had to get another ride service to find another place. We are very disappointed. Never again ?
A	Andrew Ness on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car ran well but we paid for a premium car and got a basic car. It was smaller and uncomfortable. They also said the gas tank was full but when I filled it up myself the needle went well above the F mark. A common rental car agency scam, but unappreciated. Not terribly expensive but dishonest of them. I will use a different company next time I'm in Monterrey.
