★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accesibles, estrictos, pero se perdió un poco la seriedad porque cuando fui a recoger mi INE me dijeron que aún no estaba y que debía esperar 10 días más, claro, eso después de tenerme formado un ratote afuera en el sol extremo :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ? se tardan horas para atenderte, no hay citas disponibles hasta dentro de dos meses, y para acabarla sus empleados super lentoooos ?? ? asi q si te urge sacar tu INE, olvidalo sacarla aqui porq aparte q te hacen perder el día, te atienden hasta que se les da la gana trabajar ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, he visitado en dos ocasiones el lugar y no me han atendido, realice lo q se me indico la primera vez q fui y hoy q volví a ir la señora q me atendió me trato muy déspota y me dijo q a nadie se atiende sin cita y q si gustaba regresará al cambio de turno para ver si alguien me podía atender , hacen perder el tiempo y todavía entre ellas se burlan de uno.
Bad service, I have visited the place twice and they have not attended me, I did what I was told the first time I went and today that I went again the lady who attended me treated me very despotic and told me that nobody is attended without appointment and that if she liked it, she would return to the shift change to see if someone could help me, they waste time and they still make fun of each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 1 de junio 2022 la señora que recibe documentos en la entrada es muy grosera en el listado de documentos dice recibo de luz o teléfono y no los aceptan porque no viene la dirección en el orden que ellos piden siendo el segundo día en solicitar el servicio.
Se lleva constancia de identidad expedida por el ayuntamiento y dice que no tiene validez ,pide testigos que no tenemos por ser nuevos en la localidad y se burla diciendo si no tienen amigos y están solos no es mi problema.
Pedí hablar con el jefe del módulo y dijo soy yo y ya le dije que no hay otra opción o cumple con algún documento del listado o trae dos testigos .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En tiempo de pandemia cuenta con los protocolos sanitarios necesarios el personal es muy amable te ayudan con todas tus dudas el lugar es muy amplio y se encuentra muy bien organizado solo entra la persona que va a realizar el tramite un punto extra y que al menos yo no sabia es que las personas de la tercera edad no necesitan cita pueden ir el día que quieran solo con sus documentos correspondientes para el tramite qué vayan a realizar ya sea renovación reposición cambio de domicilio etc etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien mi trámite inicio el 16/02/2022 y termino el 25/02/2022 fue reposición de credencial mismo domicilio .
Para llegar solo es llegar el Chedraui de palomas y por la parte trasera hay una entrada por las vías.
Pueden ir sin cita pero es más rápido con cita , solo que hay rezago de cita

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal atento y si atienden bien, si llegas con todos tis documentos a las 2pm y si cita te atienden rapido, ya despues de las 3 llegan los de citas y te tienes que esperar a que atiendan primero a los que tienen cita
