De entrada tuvimos que pagar una cantidad diferente a la que esta postulada en la pagina de internet, los carros son seguros y se manejan bien, lo que no me gusto fue que le tomaran tantos datos a la tarjeta de credito que dejamos para su deposito, al final de nuestro viaje nos dijeron que mandarian la factura algo que nunca sucedio y para colmo la tarjeta de credito que dejamos fue clonada. Ese fue el unico lugar donde pasamos la tarjeta hasta que llegamos a nuestra ciudad. Muy mal servicio

La verdad nuestra experiencia en National Car Rental fue excelente. Luz Elena nos atendió en nuestra llegada y salida durante nuestra visita a Guadalajara, Jalisco. Durante nuestra llegada, Luz Elena nos indicó que el proceso podría tardar un poco puesto que el sistema estaba abajo y tendrían que hacer todo el chequeo a mano. Nosotros comprendimos completamente y ella nos atendió lo más rápido posible y de igual forma cuando regresemos el carro todo fue un excelente servicio. El profesionalismo se echa de ver y más cuando te ofrecen utilizar el mismo carro para dejarte en la puerta del aeropuerto pues nuestro hijo venía dormido y eso nos ayudó para no incomodarlo pues teníamos un vuelo muy temprano. Gracias National Car Rental por una buena experiencia

Terrible condición de vehículo que me rentaron. Llantas viejas ! Rodadas en bajo y volteadas!!! Y quieren cobrarlas y sacar del cliente la sustitución a llantas nuevas ???????? Los vehículos no alcanzan velocidad mayor a los 60 kilómetros ( muy malas condiciones) y la persona de atención de servicio al cliente (Samantha), deplorable servicio! Difama al cliente asegurando situaciones en las que no participó con fin de responsabilizar al cliente de fallas de calidad de los vehículos.

I agree with Ivan Garcia they scam you to purchase another insurance coverage even after you are already covered. I purchased it because although i was already covered, I would not rent a car here ever again.

I wouldn't even leave one star they try to scam me into purchasing their insurance after I already had purchased my own traveling insurance which covers the car which was also confirmed by their corporate office . They want to make up their own rules and scam you into paying more . They even said they would only let me rent the car if I placed a hold for the entire value of the car which was about $16,000 dollars on my credit or debt card

Where to begin! Couple days prior to my flight I called to verify my car rental would be there and they said yeah it's here don't worry. Come the day I had to pick it up and it wasn't there and all they had was another different class of car that they were trying to push on me to get since it was more $$$. When they saw I wasn't budging it took about an hour to get my type of car to the location. During that time they didn't want to process my payment. They tried to push their most expensive insurance coverage to me and kept saying "it's company policy" or else I wouldn't be able to drive off the lot even though my credit card cover car rental insurance at 100%. When it was time to process the payment they tried to put a hold of $35,000 MXN pesos(for a Nissan March) which is a little bit over $1,800 USD, not once did they ever mention a hold of that much money. I was already there little bit over 1.5 hrs and gave up and went to a different rental company! Definetly stay away from this place there just scam artist wearing a uniform!

Do not rent from here!!! It is a total scam operation!!! Paid in advance for rental. When arrived they wanted a $5000 dollars hold deposit or pay an additional $500 dollars in insurance!!! Insane and illegal!!! Contacting Profeco to denounce them!!!
