La calidad de los productos es excepcional, el sabor no se diga. Yo he probado el rib eye y el filete y fueron sublimes en el asador. Se me esta haciendo una mala costumbre regresar cada fin de semana para conocer todas las opciones de carne, ya que en verdad lo amerita. No duden en visitar no solo para cortes especiales para el asador sino para el día a día. Cosa que estaré haciendo próximamente. Excellent attention, which is one if not the main reason why I return. Sin embargo el servicio es muy malo, empezando porque no tienen precios publicados en el local ni los productos que se venden, por lo que pueden mover el precio y ya te enteras cuando vas a pagar. Por otro lado, la actitud del señor que atiende, es muy pedante y le falta humildad para atender, ya que se nota que sabe mucho de cortes, pero van dos ocasiones que le pedimos recomendación de algo para asar y en ambas ocasiones nos dijo qué hay mucha variedad o nos da las opciones más caras que tiene (por lo que se junta con el problema de que no sabes que es lo que venden ni a qué precio). Si resuelven estos dos temas de servicio, sin duda seguiría comprando ahí y con mayor frecuencia, pero por lo pronto creo que hay otras carnicerías que te ofrecen buenos cortes naturales y con un servicio humilde y transparente.
