★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 4 HOURS ahead of time with PEOPLE out of the room to clean. Came in to check in and wait a HOUR to get in our room. Still “not clean” host told us to “go to the pool” “just change in the bathrooms”. Bathrooms were closed off due to COVID at the pool. Understandable. BUT WHEN WE FINALLY GOT THE CODE TO OUR ROOM WE HAD TO WAIT EVEN LONGERRRR BC the host gave us the wrong code. Terrible service I advise ANYONE to not stay here. It’s pretty, but pretty disastrous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Nautico for 6 weeks at Apartment 10 F with a view of the ocean.
Pluses:
1. the apartment was nicely decorated and had a nice view
2. the building and the apartments are new and nicely constructed
3. access to Marina shops and restaurants
4. nice pool
5. nice and friendly guards
Minuses:
1. it is very noisy, there is VAMAR resort next to Nautico, and they have hundreds of tourists coming in and out every day, and and they have pool activities with loudspeakers and screaming people all day, so it is very noisy all day!
2. there was construction going on while I was there (they were building the gym and spa), so there was also noise from that and debris
3. the electricity was often gone for several hours and several days a week, which was rather inconvenient
4. the internet is in and out, so if you need to work this is not a good place
5. the manager is not too friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is a mess. Super noisy, power outages, WiFi issues and flooding. Steam room and sauna in the mens bathroom next to the gym doesn't work. Would not recommend
