The houses in this residential are poorly made. I had already commented on my experience but they deleted my comment. I opened a house in 2020 and the only thing I had were problems. The construction company of this residential complex made the houses with cheap materials that break down right away, they are not responsible for the damages (they take a long time not to take over the guarantees, they wait until the guarantee is expired to "act"). Unfortunately the owner of the house that I rented in this residential did not take care of things either, I reported numerous times that there were water leaks in the house and that the water leaked when it rained but did not do anything about it (also Report to the residential administrators, as the water leaks were the responsibility of them and the owner, but they did not lift a finger.) I ended up paying more than 4 thousand pesos for water in a month where there was NO ONE in the house and we had left all the taps closed. Neither the owner of the house nor the builder support you in any way. I do not recommend buying or renting in this place.
