The rooftop pool has a nice view but what really surprised us was the lack of service in the restaurant. Understandably, hotel guests are not allowed to consume own food/drinks which is why I felt like ordering at least a "cafe con leche" for reasonable 45 pesos. Despite speaking some basic Spanish, I even pointed at the corresponding item in the online menu to make clear what I wanted. The waitress suggested to me an alternative coffee drink which "I would really enjoy", but I declined and repeated my solo cafe con leche order. What happened after was one big disappointment: instead of preparing my order right away, the waitress and the rest of the team (6 staff members in total to serve 6 persons) walked around, chit chatting, playing cards and hanging around. After 50 minutes (!) during which there were no other orders from guests, my order finally arrived... a coffee cocktail with liquor on the rocks sin leche for 190 pesos lol. Insisting on receiving my actual order, the manager Sebastian showed up, seemingly annoyed and not willing to understand the situation. In the end, I received my actual order after one hour and was punished with evil looks from the staff. Prices are in fact quite reasonable but the service does not even deserve one star. Do you really think I would tip for that kind of service?

This is the perfect spot in Cancún to hang out with friends or even for a date. I really like the concept of the bar, the music, view is amazing. I was lucky to have Alan as a waiter, he recommended the best Gin drinks and they were so good. The only thing I didn’t like was the roast beef panini, it was more like a sandwich. Everything else was just perfect. I am definitely coming back.

I really liked that roof top, service, drinks and food was great. Manger speaks English and helped us (me and my sister) with additional information. Drinks are craft and strong, fish tacos are great. Music is good as well.

Beautiful view, wasn’t crowded on the weeknight I went. Drinks were on the expensive side. There’s a small pool on the roof too.
