Excellent service. Vehicle is luxury SUV with good A/C and Wifi. Driver was very courteous and more importantly waiting on us when we arrived and 5 minutes ahead of time when we were picked up to return to the airport. Private vehicle so you are no herded in with other passengers. Trustworthy and everything as advertised. Highly recommend.

My family and I take car services often and my sister booked this one as she uses them very often, until today. The manager or owner, not sure who was communicating with her, gave us the worst customer service and worst professionalism we have experienced. We booked their Suburban round trip from Tulum to a Cancun Hotel, a few days before. We specifically confirmed and requested there be Wifi as advertised, so we can work, which was crucial for us to be able to take these day trips. Not only did the car not have Wifi and the driver not know the destination we confirmed and was driving us to the airport, but when we communicated our frustration to the company, the manager/owners response was; "what can I say" Then less than a day before they were supposed to pick us up, they cancelled the car on us and rudely told us to find another service when we expressed how unprofessional they were, with no care to leave us with no ride back. We understand things come up but their response and communication was disgusting to say the least. 1 Star is generous for this terrible company

Such an amazing experience with Xulha transfers. We booked a limo for our arrival. Driver was prompt and so friendly. Limo was so clean, so fun, and well stocked. We booked the SUV for our departure and it was just as clean and nice! Also super prompt! Highly, highly recommend if you need transportation in the Cancun area!

Why a great transportation company. They go way beyond to satisfy the customer needs. Always on time ! They even upgrade my vehicle from a SUV to a limo with no extra charge. In Cancun Taxis are really expensive, you could have a lot better service for the same price with Xul-Ha. 100% recommended.
