Cajero irrespetuoso y agresivo con cabello largo, hecho bola bajo una cachucha sin malla, baños sucios, sin papel y con goteras y precios muy superiores al producto que se recibe. Si se espera recibir, calidad, precios justos y buen servicio, este lugar no es una opción. (Sabado 19/sep/20 22:30)
 The good taste of always is demerited by the "quality of service" of today. Disrespectful and aggressive cashier with long hair, curled up under a cap without mesh, dirty, paperless and leaky bathrooms and prices much higher than the product received. If you expect to receive, quality, fair prices and good service, this place is not an option. (Saturday 19 / Sep / 20 22:30)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar familiar, sabor estupendo y ambiente tranquilo, los precios son justos y el personal es atento y amable. Puedes pagar con tarjeta ya que cuentan con terminal. Se puede ordenar desde una simple bebida hasta una comida completa. Hay mucha variedad en su menú.
It is a family place, great taste and quiet atmosphere, the prices are fair and the staff is attentive and friendly. You can pay with a card since they have a terminal. It can be ordered from a simple drink to a full meal. There is a lot of variety in their menu.

Los productos muy variados, el mejor chemisse (raspado con fruta y nieve) que hay en Hermosillo aquí los puedes encontrar, además tienen gran variedad de sabores de raspados, nieves, y snacks como nachos, que tienen unos súper bien servidos y tostitos, hasta si tortas, quesadillas, y comida más en forma. El de Navarrete es un poco más chico, solo dos mesas por fuera, pero un rico postre y rápido. Tienen promociones en ciertos horarios y días que puedes ver en su página y aceptan el pago con tarjetas, no solo efectivo. Ah! Si no quieres bajarte, toman tu orden y te atienden desde el carro!! Maravilloso servicio eso.

The one in Navarrete is a little smaller, only two tables outside, but a delicious and quick dessert. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanto, aparte de que los raspados son muy buenos, ésta sucursal de El Patio (y la del Morelos) tienen especialmente productos que no se encuentran en las demas, tienen raspados endulzados con sustituto de azucar, tienen malteadas de muchos sabores, promociones todos los dias y sobre todo, el personal es super amable.
I loved it, apart from the fact that the scrapes are very good, this branch of El Patio (and that of the Morelos) have especially products that are not found in the others, they have scraped sweetened with sugar substitute, they have milkshakes of many flavors, promotions all On days and above all, the staff is super friendly.
