★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner has made her shop super safe for Covid concerned customers. The staff have double masks, clothes are washed daily, plastic walls separating each hair cutting stations. If a comb is dropped it is cleaned With an anti-viral solution. A client has no worries when in New Look. They must wear their mask continuously
Juliette is an incredible hair stylist
I have very challenging hair to style but I look younger
And prettier after each haircut. I have gone to her for about 6 years. I have tried others but always return to Juliette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scared to go get a haircut because of covid, but when I got there they were disinfecting the whole place and Julieta told me that they do it every morning and afternoon. The whole staff was wearing both a facemask and a plastic mask, and there are plastic courtains between the chairs where clients sit. Plus, I got an amaizing haircut!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to New Look for pedicures. Blanca is a force to be reconned with, my feet are baby smooth when she is done, she is no nonsense, which is what a pedicure is all about. Ok, well the massage part is a little nonsense

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they have done a wonderful job at New Look Studio to make it safe during covid-19. They have really good screens separating each chair from the others, masks, they disinfect everything all the time. I was very impressed. I think you could not be safer, given the circumstances. I feel that Julieta, the owner, shows high ethical and human standards. She kept paying her staff even when they had to close for over two months. I know how hard this is when a business has no income. And of course, the quality of the services and the kindness of the staff is always very good at New Look Studio. I was happy to be back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My gel nails have held up well. Service for mani/pedi was gentle, and my manicurist spoke English. There was no what time. My only concern was sterilizing of files, clippers, etc. I didn't see any evidence of that for myself or others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience was the deep tissue massage. It was fantastic. Then I tried a pedicure. It was easily the best pedicure I've ever had. Two weeks later, I decided to make an appointment to have my hair colored. I couldn't get across to the multiple hairdressers I've been to in this area what I wanted until today. Every service I've tried at New Look has been above my expectations. My only reservation about leaving a good review is I won't be able to get in for quick appointments when everyone finds out how great they are.
