Very bad service do not grab you case and also the doctor does not explain anything and leaves you with the doubt

It is the first time that I go and I really liked the treatment, the attention of the nice and smiling girls who attend and the Dr. Who does the exam to graduate the glasses, they are one of those small places that you recommend because you get what you are looking for ?

The truth is a very bad services first apart from giving a fixed price you ask and they tell you which is the doctor @ then you go with the girl and she all ignorant gives you another this is a bad optics like a week I went to such an exam And so they gave me a price, not a week went by and the budget, which was from 1800, went up to 2,100. It bothered me so much that I left the optician annoyed, pretending that I was going to another, but in reality the government helped me pay for the glasses ( they are from my son) and I couldn't afford more money because the help was only in that perspective ok At 3 weeks I returned ok they returned to take the exam and I already had some glasses that on my part the design was mediocre because the girl gave another price Ok the doctor told me about the role of the government and told me that for an improvement of the lenses (anti-reflective) It would be 150, I go out with the girl (the cashier) And he told me the anti-reflective was an additional cost of 1200 and I was left with the face of going to sue but the truth was not worth it ok grip and I said annoyingly if the doctor told me 150 they are going twice that you do this to me I said and Annoyed, she told the doctor that if there were 150, which I think was angry, she said that if there were 150, they already gave me my glasses, but the girl is to blame, not the doctor for being inept and for her lack of ethics. RECOMMENDABLE

Very bad service It is useless to schedule an appointment. They pass the patients in the order they feel like. They do not respect the scheduled appointment schedule. It is useless to be friendly, if there is no respect for schedules. Appalling. I do not recommend it.

I went a month ago to buy my glasses, all good with the product, excellent to be precise. What I did not like was the attention to the public by both girls who attend the place, let that bad attention of both girls pass because anyone can have a bad day, but it turns out that a client complained and said words with the Miss for the same bad attention of these.
