★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que voy y me agradó mucho el trato, la atención de las chicas agradables y sonrientes que atienden y del Dr. Que hace el examen para graduar los lentes, son de esos pequeños lugares que recomiendas por que recibes lo que buscas ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad un muy mal servicios primero aparte de dar un precio fijo tú lo preguntas y te dicen cual es al doctor@ luego vas con la muchacha y ella toda ignorante te da otro este es una mala óptica ase como una semana fui a un examen tal y tal me dieron un precio no paso ni una semana y del presupuesto el cual era de 1800 subió a 2100 me moleste tanto que salí de la óptica molesto disiendo que iba a ir a otra pero en realidad el gobierno me ayudó a pagar los lentes (son de mi hijo) y no podía costearme más dinero pues la ayuda solo era en esa óptica ok
A las 3 semana regrese ok me volvieron aser el examen y ya me quede con unos lentes que de mi parte el diseño era mediocre por qué a la chava dio otro precio
Ok la doctora me dise que de el papel del gobierno y me dise que para una mejora de los lentes (antireflejantes)
Sería 150 salgo con la chava (la cajera)
Y me dise el antireflejante era un costó adicional de 1200 y yo me quedé con cara de salirme demandar pero la verdad no valía la pena ok agarre y le dije molesto si la doctora me dijo 150 ya van dos veces que me haces esto le dije y molesta le dijo a la doctora que si eran 150 a lo cual creo se enfado y me dijo que si eran 150 ya me dieron mis lentes pero la neta la muchacha se tiene la culpa no la doctora por inepta y por su falta de ética.NO RECOMENDABLE
The truth is a very bad services first apart from giving a fixed price you ask and they tell you which is the doctor @ then you go with the girl and she all ignorant gives you another this is a bad optics like a week I went to such an exam And so they gave me a price, not a week went by and the budget, which was from 1800, went up to 2,100. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. De nada sirve agendar una cita. Pasan a los pacientes en el orden que se les dá la gana. No respetan el horario de la cita agendada. De nada sirve que sean amables, si no hay respeto a los horarios. Pésimo. No la recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hace un mes a comprar mis lentes, todo bien con el producto, excelente para ser precisa. Lo que no me gustó fue la atención al público por parte de ambas chicas que atienden el lugar, deje pasar esa mala atención de ambas chicas porque cualquiera puede tener un mal día, pero resulta que una clienta se quejó y se dijo de palabras con la señorita por la misma mal atención de estas.
Resulta que a los dos días llevo a mi papá para que compre sus lentes y bueno, la misma mala atención de las singulares señoritas que me atendieron a mí, le dieron la misma pésima atención a mi papá y a mi mamá, antipáticas, como si uno fuera a pedir regalado, al final mejor decidimos irnos y no comprar de nuevo. Espero mejoren la atención al público porque de lo contrario seguirán perdiendo clientes, la buena atención y el buen trabajo se recomienda. Pero esta óptica no merece ser recomendada.

It turns out that two days later I take my father to buy his glasses and well, the same bad attention from the singular ladies who treated me, they gave the same terrible attention to my father and my mother, unfriendly, as if one were to ask for a gift, in the end we better decided to go and not buy again. I hope they improve customer service because otherwise they will continue to lose customers, good service and good work are recommended. But this perspective does not deserve to be recommended.
