★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The steaks were not browned or seared, maybe they made them in the microwave. The lobster had about two edible bites. I gave 2 stars because our waiter was amazing and hilarious. He sang happy Birthday to each person as he set plates in front of us. I can't recommend this place based on the food.

Combination of long-term rentals, vacation rentals and those owned and lived in by residents. It offers all the amenities of a four star resort hotel. Prices are quite reasonable for the high end quality. Definitely a place to book well in advance when you are looking for luxury and a beautiful location on the water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location for marina access, plus only 5 minute taxi ride to airport, 15 - 20 minute bus ride to downtown. Condos, grounds, and pool are all well maintained. Quiet day or night. Staff friendly and very helpful, Mercedes was especially helpful to us. Hope to stay here again next year.

They were all very friendly and accommodating.
Always making sure we were happy with everything and if we needed anything.
Very nice, clean property.
Highly recommend Nima Bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great property in the Marina. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Nice size kitchen for cooking. Best staff I have experienced. The whole team is very professional and responsive. There is a view of an abandoned property next door which is an eye soar but looks like Aqua has plans to address. I would like to visit again.
