★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en taller aparte de que dan una fecha promesa y entregan el 2 semanas después las cosas pésimo era golpe de puerta y toda chueca y todavía te roban cosas y debes esperar haber si es cierto que lo traías cuando claramente en la hoja de recepción lo tiene marcado, todavía que uno paga debes de andar mendigando el servicio fatal cero recomendado!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré mi versa 2021 en mayo y la atención por parte del área de ventas fue muy buena, sin embargo en el área se servicio y el taller es una historia diferente... llevé mi auto para reparar un golpe por el cual tardaron casi el mes completo para arreglarlo, y hoy al entregármelo lo recibo con un color disparejo, rayones que no tenía, sucio y nadie adopta la responsabilidad...además no son para dar seguimiento al trabajo y menos a la atención al detalle...se supone que como cliente lo dejas en la agencia porque esperas un cierto nivel y calidad en la reparación pero ésta agencia no es el caso...pongo las fotos de mi super golpe que tardaron tanto en reparar a consideración y criterio de cada quien...
