★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos estupidos. Les pague de contado 7n auto seminuevo. Mas de 200mil pesos. Quedan en entregar un lunes y se van aplazando hasta el jueves. Quedan de entregar a las 12 y me dejan mas de 2 horas esperando.. sali despues de las 3 como si no tuviera mas que hacer. Me ofrecen el tramite de cambio de propietario por 2000 pesos que quedaba en 4 dias. Ya van 15 y no me pueden ni dar mi dinero ni mis papeles... el lunes que se pago quedaron de enciar la copia de la factura ese mismo dia y despues de 1000 mensajes durante 2 dias me la enviaron por whats app en foto. El banco casi me rechaza el papel para poder asegurar el auto. Quedo en mandarme docume tos escaneados y nada... voy a la condusef a pedir asesoria quiero mis 2000 pesos de vuelta no me han cumplido y me urgen los documentos

Sin embargo dan servicio mecánico para la marca Subaru principalmente a modelos que ya no tienen la garantía de la agencia, como es este servicio y su calidad o garantía hay si no te puedo decir porque no he usado este servicio de mecánica para un Subaru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero no me ofrecieron el servicio express; aún dejando la camioneta 7 horas, la limpieza del motor fue deficiente y de la carrocería la dejaron cochina; me dijeron al recibirla, que si aceptaban pago con tarjeta american express y al llegar a pagar a la caja me dicen que no, que la señorita no sabe; les pregunto porqué la llevaron a verificar antes de hacer el servico y me contestan que si lo habían hecho pero les demostré que entró media hora después de recibirla en la agencia y no supieron contestarme. Se la pasaron pidiendo disculpas, a todo. Se paga mucho por un servicio y no generan confianza con tantos errores simples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena y amable, te dan toda la información necesaria y te dicen la neta del vehículo que te interesa. Las estrellas son porque están caros los vehículos a mi parecer y comparando con el mismo modelo de seminuevo con uno del año, pues no hay mucha diferencia. A pesar de eso sí me interesó un vehículo, el problema es que ya no me dieron seguimiento, por eso mismo te recomiendo que los visites, te informes de un vehículo a detalle al fin no te van a molestarte si no comprás.
The attention is good and kind, they give you all the necessary information and they tell you the net of the vehicle that interests you. The stars are because the vehicles are expensive in my opinion and comparing with the same model of pre-owned with one of the year, because there is not much difference. In spite of that, I was interested in a vehicle, the problem is that they did not follow me up, that's why I recommend you visit them, you report a detailed vehicle at the end they will not bother you if you do not buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahorita tienen una muy buena promoción en el cambio de aceite, pregunté qué tipo de aceite usaban, y para mí sorpresa y agradó, usan sintético. La promoción es de $500 pesos más IVA o sea que queda en $580. Además la promoción incluye lavado de carrocería y lavado de motor, aunque este es mi sencillo, pero por el precio está muy bien. Buena atención, y son amables!!!! Recomendable!!!!
