Muy mal servicio, fui el sábado 23 de octubre para realizarme el LIFTING DE PESTAÑAS. No obtuve resultados en la primera cita y me ofrecieron una SEGUNDA sesión para realizar nuevamente el proceso. Acepté, y en la Segunda sesión SUPUESTAMENTE YA HABÍAN LOGRADO LO PROMETIDO (28 de oct). Procedí a pagar $600 que es lo que cuesta el lifting de pestañas. Me dieron indicaciones para su mantenimiento las cuales seguí al pie de la letra hasta después de las 24 hras. Mis pestañas se bajaron y mandé mensaje para que me resolvieran ya que no era lo que había visto en sus fotos de Instagram. Mandé PRUEBAS de mis pestañas ya que me había realizado con anterioridad el lifting en otro lado y nunca me había pasado algo similar. No a pasado ni una semana y el rizado de mis pestañas es tan mínimo que es casi inexistente. PEDÍ DEVOLUCIÓN de mi dinero por la inconformidad de mis pestañas y porque sigo usando el rizador. Me prometieron un producto vegano semi permanente y con una duración aprox de 2 meses con los cuidados indicados. No pasó ni una semanas para ver mis pestañas caídas y sin un cambio excepcional. Me he tratado de comunicar con ellos siendo educada y respetuosa, PROMETIERON un producto y servicio y no he recibido una solución JUSTA.
No GASTEN SU DINERO PARA QUE SIGAN CON LO MISMO!

Very bad service, I went on Saturday October 23 to perform the EYELASH LIFTING. I did not get results on the first appointment and they offered me a SECOND session to go through the process again. I accepted, and in the second session SUPPOSEDLY THEY HAD ALREADY ACHIEVED WHAT THEY PROMISED (Oct 28). I proceeded to pay $ 600 which is what the eyelash lift costs. They gave me instructions for its maintenance which I followed to the letter until after 24 hours. My tabs were lowered and I sent a message for them to solve me since it was not what I had seen in their Instagram photos. I sent TESTS of my eyelashes since I had previously done the lift elsewhere and something similar had never happened to me. Not a week has passed and the curling of my eyelashes is so minimal that it is almost non-existent. I ASKED FOR A REFUND of my money because of the discomfort of my eyelashes and because I continue to use the curling iron. They promised me a semi permanent vegan product that lasts for about 2 months with the indicated care. It didn't take a week to see my lashes drooping and without exceptional change. I have tried to communicate with them being polite and respectful, THEY PROMISED a product and service and I have not received a FAIR solution.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY TO GET THE SAME!
