Matt is always there for us even when we lock ourselves out on the balcony. they were right there to get us back in, with a smile on their face. Great group of service oriented folks. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo clara was in a great location just one street from the beach and 5 minute walk to fifth ave. The condo was clean and safe with a guard on site 24 hours. We had a problem with the door code not working when we arrived but luckily the condo guard was available to let us in. The beds were a bit hard and could use new mattresses and another lounge chair in the living room would be a nice addition since the apt sleeps 6 and there is only one couch. Maintenance was attentive and came out to fix our dryer and brought us a new water bottle the day we asked - easy to call or email this property management company as well.

They have some beautiful properties and they maintain them well. Their staff speaks English and are very professional. You will get to relax in the sunshine while they make sure your vacation home runs smoothly.

Every detail of the places you rent from them (I’ve visited many and have stayed in a few different places they offer) has been accounted for. The concierge service included with your stay is timely and efficient on point to address any issues or requirements needed. There are many companies that manage short or longer term rentals in the area and I can say that North American Standards sets themselves apart with the long list of quality offerings as well as the high standard of service and amenities they make sure to include. Highly recommend if you want your stay experience to be of the highest standard and hassle free :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful location and place to stay. The condo was SO comfortable, and the outdoor patio was amazing! So much room, gorgeous views, and the plunge pool saved the day when it got super hot. Would recommend this to ANY group travelling to Playa del Carmen :-)

I was worried at first sending money to Mexico while in the USA but they handled everything very professionally and were always there to assist. I would use them again for sure.
