No son amables ya se parecen a chedraudi si no quieren trabajar hay personas q si quieren su puesto y no te tratarian asi. Y son muy cuadrados. Y no se mueven de ahi ellos tienen la razon y uno esta mal. The collection charges take a long time to make the clarification and they answer you very rude. They are not friendly and they look like chedraudi if they do not want to work there are people who do want their position and they would not treat you that way. And they are very square. And they do not move from there they are right and one is wrong.

Mantienen medidas de seguridad en la entrada, hay sala de espera y te atienden muy rápido. Afuera hay muy buenos lugares para comer o desayunar. Very good attention from the ladies at the window. V	Viri OF on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Jefa del Departamento de Pensiones, Areli Ramírez, es un cuanto déspota al contestar teléfono, mismo que me fue proporcionado por personal del IMSS; no sé si es su número telefónico institucional o personal, pero la culpa no es de uno, si llama al número que te proporcionan. Ojalá, fuera más empática. E	Estrella A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deja mucho que desear, empezando desde la entrada para tomar turno tarda hasta 1h , en ventanilla 12 hay una señorita muy enojada con todos, ir más de 4 veces y más de 2 hrs. Para pasar a ventanilla solo para que la señorita diga que regrese otro día porque ya casi sale, ya merito, ya lo están revisando... Me toco ver a un señor que llegó 8:30 y la señorita ya no lo quizo atender y lo regresó. :c
