B	Bertha Alicia Mendoza Guerrero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente ayer fui a solicitar unas Copias Certificadas de una Acta de Defunción y por No llevar la copia fotostatica, No me dieron la atención, la recepcionista muy tajante, salí a buscar y no hubo dónde, llevaba cierta urgencia, le dije cobreme las copias y ni la mirada me dirigió, ese es el primer filtro, es la imagen......muy desagradable, fui a la Notaria 18 y en 30 min estaba con mis copias, No me cuestionaron las Copias Fotostaticas y la atención desde vigilancia, nada que ver con la de ustedes, tomen en cuenta mi queja, Notaria da servicio y la recepcionista pésima, buenas tardes Unfortunately yesterday I went to request Certified Copies of a Death Certificate and for not carrying the photostatic copy, they did not give me the attention, the receptionist very blunt, I went out to look and there was no where, I had some urgency, I said charge me for the copies and The glance did not direct me, that is the first filter, it is the image ...... very unpleasant, I went to the Notary 18 and in 30 min I was with my copies, I was not questioned with the Photocopies and the attention from surveillance, nothing to do with yours, take into account my complaint, Notary gives service and the lousy receptionist, good afternoon
G	Guadalupe Franco Romero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La visite piorprimera vez en septiembre del 2020 para trámites de testamento, desde el primer contacto por vía telefónica la atención fue excelente, los trámites fueron ágiles, el costo accesible, la Lic que nos atendió nos explicó como realizarlo fue clara en cada punto, recientemente fui para certificar unos documentos, el trato amable, un poco tardado pero salí satisfecha del trámite, recomendable cuentan con personal calificado, instalaciones limpias, separadas, con las medidas sanitarias pertinentes. Recomiendo cuidar el modo de las recepcionistas para dirigirse a la gente, prácticamente me corrieron de la recepción a pesar de que acompañaba a una persona con discapacidad y no iba a hacer ningún trámite dentro de la notaría, realmente no sé en qué les afectaba que esperara. An easily accessible place, it has a parking lot whose entrance is on Blvd. Atlixco and an elevator for easy access, in my case I was accompanying a temporarily disabled person so it was helpful.
