Se supone que mis escritas salían en un mes an tardado para ahora 7 meses. Todo por error tras error de ellos he perdido tiempo y dinero que tuve que cubrir yo por sus errores y falta de ética.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO INEFICIENTE, gente sin experiencia, nada profesionales sin ética, se la viven dando pretextos y mentiras, están perdidos en lo que hacen, es increíble cómo permite el infonavit mandarles trámites, ps desde hace 3 meses tienen mis papeles y es error tras error sin ver avance.
LOVELY INEFFICIENT SERVICE, inexperienced people, nothing professional without ethics, they live by giving excuses and lies, they are lost in what they do, it is incredible how infonavit allows them to send them paperwork, ps for 3 months they have my papers and it is error after error without seeing progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue mi primer visita y no hicieron ni por atenderme, no estaba el lic. Que me citó a cierta hora y nadie supo ni hacer ni decir nada. No recomiendo en lo absoluto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparte de caro comparado con otras notarias, el servicio pésimo, no resuelven nada a pesar que ya todo esta pagado. No recomiendo para nada esta notaria.
Apart from being expensive compared to other notaries, the lousy service, they do not solve anything even though everything is already paid. I do not recommend this notary at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente era la notaria favorita que usábamos, nada más se fue el Lic Adrian y se ha vuelto terrible, no contestan el teléfono por estar platicando cosas x, la información ya no es buena, primero dicen que si pueden hacer algún trámite y cuando vas a hacerlo, ya dicen que no... Que mal plan. Espero eso cambie porque era muy buena.
Previously it was the favorite notary public that we used, only Lic Adrian left and has become terrible, they do not answer the phone because they are talking about things, the information is no longer good, first they say that if they can do some paperwork and when you go to do it, they already say no ... What a bad plan. I hope that changes because it was very good.
