★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden pero no hacen las cosas correctamente y si una persona como usuario no conoce al 100% los documentos o tramites que se les solicitan omiten cosas que tarde o temprano repercuten en los clientes a pesar del cobro de sus honorarios.

El Lic. Galvan que es el que lleva mi asunto jamas me ha atendido personalmente, nunca contesta mis llamadas, siempre está ocupado, han retrasado todo, no sabían los papeles que ya habíamos mandado en original y así muchas otras cosas.
Si quieren realizar un trámite con alguna Notaría del Estado de México, eviten esta.
FATAL ATTENTION !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevo un año 4 meses y no tienen para cuando hacer mi trámite, si nos quejamos repercute en nuestro trámite, ya estabamos en firma y al comprador le faltaba su acta de matrimonio, por no llevarla nos hicieron esperar 4 horas, para que al final nos dijeran que no se firmaba porque el recibo de luz estaba mal y que lo corrigiéramos, se corrijo en 15 dias y desde enero nos siguen diciendo que ahora es por los certificados y cada dia un pretexto más, ya casi es abril y no hay ni con quien quejarse. Los licenciados que llevan el tema no toman las llamadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia con ésta notaría es más que pésima. Hace más de 7 años terminé de pagar una casa que saqué con un crédito INFONAVIT y a la fecha sigo esperando mis escrituras.
No me han entregado las escrituras originales, sólo tengo unas copias que me dieron hace 20 AÑOS que adquirí la casa.
Hace 3 años el Lic. Goni se comprometió a qué en un plazo de 6 meses estarían listas mis escrituras y me asignó al Lic. Abel Rodríguez que es una persona completamente incompetente y nefasta que se la pasa dando excusas y pretextos para justificar su incompetencia; no toma las llamadas y siempre diciendo las mismas mentiras, que las escrituras ya están en revisión y autorización; pero lleva más de un año diciendo lo mismo, ya parece disco rayado.
Si van a hacer algún trámite donde requieran los servicios de una notaría eviten a toda costa la número 80 a cargo del Lic. Daniel Goni Díaz.
