Se cumplió con lo que solicitó. En su página de Internet dice que si el servicio rebasa los 1,000 se realiza un anticipo y en este caso NO FUE ASÍ y mejor porque es fraude!!!!!!

What you requested was fulfilled. On its website it says that if the service exceeds 1,000 an advance is made and in this case IT WAS NOT SO and better because it is fraud !!!!!!
