★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por motivos profesionales voy a menudo a notarias, jamás se me ocurriría entrar en criticas sobre las mismas. Lo que si he notado que de unos años atrás a la fecha la mayoría de los Notarios o por lo menos una gran parte dejan en manos de sus abogados sus notarias; cuando requieres hablar con ellos nunca están; razón por la cual me permito felicitar al Lic. Juan Castañeda Salinas; llevo unos cuantos meses trabajando mis expedientes con su Notaria y me llamo mucho la atención que siempre esta al pendiente de todos los asuntos que uno va a tratar (Sucesiones, Testamentos, Compra-ventas, etc.…)
Cuenta con un gran equipo de trabajo y siempre esta atento a que te atiendan en el menor tiempo posible, dando solución a cada una de tus dudas y ofreciéndote su atención personalizada.
Por lo cual se las recomiendo, de las mejores Notarias con las que he trabajado.

Estuve haciendo trámites con ellos para una operación de compra-venta con crédito Infonavit y no hubo el mínimo seguimiento por parte de la persona encargada de esta operación en la Notaria, jamás me devolvió un correo electrónico y siempre tuve que buscarla yo. Desde finales de noviembre entregué todos los documentos requeridos y en enero los recogí, ni siquiera había conuntado todos los documentos que le había entregado durante mis visistas a la notaría.
NO LA RECOMIENDO, ME PARECE QUE NO TIENEN INTERÉS EN SUS CLIENTES
Very bad attention, not to say terrible. I was doing procedures with them for a purchase-sale operation with Infonavit credit and there was not the minimum follow-up by the person in charge of this operation at the Notary, he never returned an email and I always had to look for it myself. Since the end of November I delivered all the required documents and in January I collected them, I had not even listed all the documents that I had given during my visits to the notary.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN THEIR CUSTOMERS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos los abogados y licenciados son muy amables excepto la recepcionista que está por las tardes, no sabe hacer su trabajo, atiende como si nos estuviera haciendo un favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, son muy irresponsable con los asuntos que se les dejan y aparte cuando les reclaman se ponen groseros. No recomiendo para nada esa notaría, yo quería hacer varios asuntos ahí pero prefiero buscar otra que si atienda como debe ser y no ponga excusas. He tratado de hablar con el Notario titular y lo niegan. Pésimo servicio
Terrible attention, they are very irresponsible with the matters that are left to them and apart from that when they claim them they get rude. I do not recommend this notary at all, I wanted to do several things there but I prefer to look for another one that attends as it should and does not make excuses. I have tried to speak with the Notary Public and they deny it. Terrible service
