★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get everything in writing before you use this Notaria. She changed the numbers on me at closing, added an additional 4,000 pesos with no explanation. Gringos taken advantage of at the last moment, when there’s nothing you can do about it, additional “tip” added and total fee was written on a sticky note. Shady!
