Después la primera entrevista, solo para tener consejos, ellos preguntan dinero pero no al inicio pero al final y sus consejos no era legal y con muchas irregularidades. Las otras oficinas notarias dicen que sus consejos fueron bien malos y que no era consejos honestos. Mejor de ver un otro lugar si quieren hacer algo bien y legal.
The worst and most expensive notary's office in Cozumel. After the first interview, just to get advice, they ask for money but not at the beginning but at the end and their advice was not legal and with many irregularities. The other notary offices say that their advice was very bad and that it was not honest advice. Better to see another place if you want to do something right and legal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fastest and most efficient in Cozumel. Always reliable, honest and they always do what they promised. I feel bad for the bad reviews that Notarios get. I am afraid people just do not know that Notarios in Mexico are liable to withhold taxes. Is not that they want to get more money, is that in Mexico people spend their lives trying to pay as little taxes as possible when they buy properties and when they sale them they have a huge net gain and a big tax to pay and they do not like it. In the case of this Notario, they tell you from the get go your tax exposure, I feel that is right.
