Tardaron casi 7 meses en entregarme mis escrituras, durante estos meses llamé infinidad de ocasiones pidiendo que me comunicaran con la pseudo Licenciada que atendió mi caso y jamás respondió una de mis llamadas, siempre me pedían mi número para regresarme la llamada y esto nunca ocurría.
Hasta esta semana que hablé molesta pidiendo una entrevista con el notario para resolver mi caso, me citaron para entregar las escrituras en tres días.
Al acudir recibí pésimo trato por la recepcionista, ni siquiera la licenciada tuvo la atención de estar.
Definitivamente NO LA RECOMIENDO, en Pachuca hay mucho mejores notarías, con trato excelente.
Bad experience.
It took almost 7 months to deliver my deeds, during these months I called countless times asking to be contacted by the pseudo attorney who attended my case and she never answered one of my calls, they always asked for my number to call me back and this never happened.
Until this week when I spoke up annoyingly requesting an interview with the notary to resolve my case, they summoned me to deliver the deeds in three days.
When I went I received terrible treatment by the receptionist, not even the graduate had the attention to be there.
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, in Pachuca there are much better notaries, with excellent treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Solicite copias certificadas de traducciones y me dicen que no se puede, que las traducciones del inglés las tengo que traducir a español. Lento el servicio y las personas que atienden no dan razones de mucho. Lo único rescatable es que no es tan caro.
Terrible service. I asked for certified copies of translations and they told me that it was not possible, that the translations from English had to be translated into Spanish. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trámites tardan demasiado y cuando pides información solo te dicen las verdades a medias. Te piden tu número y nunca te regresan la llamada. Solo si no hay otra notaría cerca de tu domicilio usa ésta de otra forma evitenla.
The procedures take too long and when you ask for information they only tell you half-truths. They ask for your number and never call you back. Only if there is no other notary near your address, use this one otherwise avoid it.
