★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio nos tuvieron casi 3 horas sentados esperando sin saber nada y todos se fueron a comer. Tache total si tienen alguna otra opción búsquenla.
Terrible service we had almost 3 hours sitting waiting without knowing anything and everyone went to eat. Cross out if you have any other options find it.

They don't have a receptionist. They only come out to say to come back one later. my process takes half a year and they don't say where to go, who to ask, who is in charge of the process. It's something you should focus on.
