★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escriture una propiedad ahí, pague en tiempo y forma los honorarios e impuestos y no fue sino hasta un mes después que la notaria pago los impuestos sobre adquision. Me tardaron más de 3 meses en completar mi trámite y eso que fue pago de contado. Definitivamente tomen otra opcion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor notaria de Querétaro, te atienden de manera grosera, y lo peor de todo es que se equivocan en tus documentos y te los entregan mal, no vayan a esa notaria gobierno del estado debería retirar el fiat a ese notario, es mas tuve conocimiento de que en algún tiempo el notario no tenía cédula profesional, como es posible!!
