In May I bought a house and the transaction was made at that notary, who attended to me was Mr. Sergio Campa. They told me that in three months they would have the deeds. In August I went and they still had not arrived, due to the pandemic the documents were being delayed in general for up to 6 months. In October I sent a letter to Mr. Sergio Campa so that he could see how my earring was going. Mr. Sergio read it but was never kind enough to respond either in writing or a call, he let me know. Last November, and 6 months later, I called the Notary again and they told me that they still didn't have it, they let me know. Now in December I called Mr. Sergio Campa to see how my earring was going and Mr. very despotic and rude behaved and hung up the call. I spoke to the Notary directly and they told me that it had not arrived yet but they could give me a certificate to be able to use the procedure that I had to do, in the afternoon it will pass. That afternoon I went for the certificate and surprise they already had from who knows when my deeds. To collect for their fees they are very good but once charged to follow up on the pending they leave you halfway.
