En especial el Lic Morales no atiende las llamadas y cuando lo hace, contesta de manera déspota. No entiende que un cliente necesita estar informado sobre el seguimiento de su caso para sentir confianza, y es algo que está lejos de transmitir.
Terrible service. They do not report on the follow-up although they promise to call they do not. They get upset when you ask for reports. In particular, Mr. Morales does not answer calls and when he does, he answers in a despotic way. He does not understand that a client needs to be informed about the follow-up of his case to feel confident, and it is something that he is far from conveying.
