★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito lugar, pero la apariencia engaña mal mantenimiento, el basurero está todo asqueroso, la gente no echa la basura en los botes, hay demasiadas cucarachas a los alrededores y dentro de los departamentos, aparte de que la gente no respeta el lugar de estacionamiento de cada uno y no se diga del internet solo se usa izzi muy mal se va a cada rato la señal, y la gente con mascotas no cuida el fraccionamiento muy sucios.
