Al entrar a la tienda y adquirir el producto, la primera impresión es de amabilidad, de seriedad y de compromiso, pero ya una vez concretada la venta ya nadie sabe decirte cuando llega el material siendo que te prometen una fecha de entrega. Esperamos tres semanas después de haber hecho la compra cuando prometieron entregarla en una semana. Pedimos hablar con el gerente pero ni Rocio Suarez (ventas) ni Jose Luis (logística) lo proporcionaron. Se supone que si ellos no pueden o no saben arreglar un problema, para eso está un superior pero lástima que den a notar su falta de profesionalismo. Están cero recomendados.
