Fantastic location. Comfortable rooftop, Clean rooms and safe neighborhood. Highly recommended for visitors. I enjoyed my Stay.

Cons: The pool is about useless with old chairs and floors that are breaking. Borderline unsafe. the building is always super humid and the windows aren’t sealed correctly. The shower water builds up, toilet has to wait 20 minutes between each flush, and walls were starting to bulge out from water damage from the AC. People smoke out their rooms and throw their cig butts in the center water area so if you’re on the bottom with the window open watch out. Note: When you walk out the building to the right has homeless people sleeping in it. Nothing bad about that, just some thing to know if you have extra food or clothes or anything. Pros: it’s in a great spot that’s easily walkable to the main strip. It has bikes you can ride out to playacar if you’re looking for more of a private beach. There’s also a local spot two stores down that is to die for. Being right next to the mega is super nice and there’s a spot to grab taxis right outside to. Having a washer and drier is also nice.

Good apartments and lofts. We rented a big Airbnb here. The rooftop is awesome! Great for tanning and using the pool. The location is central, although a bit up north from downtown. This place is right by a grocery store, MEGA. The main entrance door is wonky, and doesn’t always lock properly. The evaluator is very small. And on the rooftop, the hot tub is out of service for the moment.
