★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se nota enseguida que son personas muy profesionales y especializadas en lo que hacen; realmente se preocupan porque uno mismo consiga llegar al nivel óptimo de salud física ya que adaptan la alimentación a las necesidades de como uno ya está acostumbrado para que paulatinamente se comiencen a formar nuevos hábitos alimenticios para nuestro propio beneficio, y eso es muy gratificante, porque sin tener que sacrificar ni sufrir, te vas adaptando a las recomendaciones de los menús que te indican y los resultados se comienzan a ver muy pronto. Eso sí, hay que seguir las indicaciones, al principio te mueve un poco, pero con la ayuda de ellos y los estudios que te hacen para ver que no te salgas del camino, puedes lograr grandes resultados.
Creo que lo mejor de su servicio es que buscan que uno mismo se haga cargo de decidir de manera consciente lo que mejor le conviene a nuestro cuerpo y seguir esa dieta para mantenerlo saludable.
