★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Lic. Amaury Alejandro Romero me ha ayudado a lo largo de 2 meses y con su Guía de alimentación pude bajar ya 10 kilos pesando 98 cuando inicie. Se ajusta muy bien a las posibilidades de cada quien y con su seguimiento y ejercicio ya voy a la mitad de mi peso al que quiero llegar.

Lo mejor es que poco a poco te va enseñando a llevar una vida saludable en todos los aspectos (incluyendo ejercicio).
