Tiene uno que adivinar francamente lo que dicen en los altavoces; si no hablas español puede ser muy difícil entender que es tu autobús el que sale...

It is definitely worth installing the ADO app and buying tickets online (just beware that for buses departing in less than 30 minutes you can only buy tickets at the ticket office). There are colectivos stations a short walk from the station (heading north), so if you're heading to El Chiflon Falls, transferring is easy.
