Rooms are moldy, the view is horrible. I feel bad for the front desk staff dealing with upset guests while the management team is hiding

A	Abby Blair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not stay here. Avoid at all cost. This place is full of scammers. I paid for one month and I want to leave early and they will not refund me. They are scammers. No wifi, fridge does not work, tv does not work, AC is very loud at night. Alexander is very unprofessional, everyone else is kind and the hotel staff is very accommodating. But Alexander (the manager) is very rude to everyone. My friend was assaulted in her room here because the desk gave her room information to someone, she believes they gave the person at the desk pesos for her room information. Not a safe hotel for children or single ladies or anyone.

No cups or glasses in the room, no blackout curtains to block the bright street light from, no kettle in either room or hotel, cold water in the shower
M	Mario Navas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice for the prices they have. The double room has A.C., two double sized comfortable beds and private bathroom with hot water. The bathroom has enough space, towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. There is a small swimming pool inside the hotel. The hotel does not have a parking lot, there are only a few spaces to park your car in front of the entrance of the hotel on the street. The downside, for me, was that when we were booking, they mentioned that if we booked at least a couple of nights we had a free massage, but when we got here and asked for it, the receptionist told us it was not an option at this time due to the Covid-19, so I think it should not be offered during these times of pandemic, as it set a wrong expectation for me.
