★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off it’s midnight and I’m having wings and the best burger at Route 66! Santiago served me oh so well and made me a milkshake. I have thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at this resort! The food at all restaurants was top notch ! Drinks at swim up bar ask for Marcelo ! The rooms are delightful! Only thing my elevator was broke but i bet when i come back it will be fixed! I had 2 massages one at resort and the locals have a very nice space on the beach! The even have transportation to and from each area ! Casino i won and lost lol ! Ice cream shop yummy! Bowling was too fun ! Will be back soon ! ASAP best time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words cannot describe the level of quality of this resort. We decided to upgrade to the Privilege area for $120/night and our expectations were blown away. Impeccable service with an amazing butler and everything you could imagine. We enjoyed the privilege lounge and were invited to a 5-course food/wine pairing on the rooftop overlooking the beach - it was out of this world. The beach was clean, our room had an amazing private balcony/hot tub, and I have absolutely no complaints. 10/10 recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience at Ocean Riviera.
I have previously visited other Ocean Resorts and I expected to have a great holiday.
The service at restaurants and buffet was very poor. I had to get up multiple times to even get water.
The AC in the room did not cool down under 22 Celsius or 72 Fahrenheit, which felt really hot in the room. Maintenance came to the room and said it was normal.
The bathtub jets did not work.
I paid for a rooftop with jacuzzi and the jacuzzi had very little cold water. Maintenance came several times and did not fix it. After three days, maintenance left the jacuzzi running and when I came back to my room water was dripping all over my bed. I went to guest services and told me I had to wait until next morning for a possible room change (which I had been requesting since day one). I refused to move from the lobby until I had a solution ( it was midnight already and I had my baby sleeping in the stroller). They came back and said I had to downgrade the room without a refund, after an hour they agreed to upgrade my room because they didn’t have a choice, at this point I just wanted a dry bed. That was the highlight of the trip.
I spoke to other guests and they had a similar experience.
Sadly, I wasted my money and therefore, I’ll never come back to any Ocean by H10 again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many of the recent reviews state, this property is under new management and they are reducing cost to the point where it is effecting there service. Food all tasted frozen and it was absolutely disappointing. Drinks were decent, the casino has only one one table and a roulette table that is very old. The common theme was over promised and under deliver. They hype you up about "privilege upgrade" for $50 extra per person per day you get all these special things, but none of those things existed or of an decent quality. DO NOT BUY WINE in the restaurants they will scam you at checkout. The pool was cool, the deep tissue massage was great, scuba diving was good, the resort over all is just run down and not maintained. If you want a cheap vacation with food liquor with a few friends this is the place. But wouldn't recommend staying here for any thing to celebrate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place if you care at all about quality and taste of food. The food was absolutely horrible. We had only one decent meal and even that was mediocre at best.
Though we upgraded to “privilege” section the only benefit was nice ocean view and butler service. Our butler was very nice and accommodating but many things out of his control.
The room was always hot, we asked daily for repair. Temp would not get below 23-24C at night. For the extra cost I expect the temperature to be at least comfortable (I don’t expect to be as cool as we are at home).
Overall the resort was nice, plenty of pools but a VERY small beach area. It’s a huge place with long walks to the different areas. If you want an ocean view be prepared to pay extra and if you like the beach this may not be the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are so friendly and kind at this resort. We felt very taken care of by Samantha at Mike’s Coffee - she was such a sweetheart and always greeted us in a friendly, cheerful manner. Ricardo from the Blue Moon made us feel like it was our home away from home - very attentive and hospitable. Ramiro from Laconda was a great server as well, always checking on us to make sure we were good. Alberto in the buffet was friendly and funny, making sure we had everything we needed! Not sure if the name of the gentleman in Margarita but he served us twice and he always made sure our guacamole was filled and that our drinks were never empty - truly lovely staff!
Overall a great vacation here! Beautiful resort. Some maintenance issues in the rooms (a bit musty, having to empty the dehumidifier ourselves every 5-6 hours, some elevators out of service) but overall we had a great time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our waiter Cristofer looked after us very well and was most attentive in the Route 66 restaurant.
As for the main hotel, generally a lovely clean hotel. Rooms very spacious, the beds are comfortable. The beach is very clean. A long walk to the beach but they do run buggy's if required. The 'main' restaurant staff are very slow, the food buffet is not topped up soon enough so many of the dishes are empty. Often had to search for water, service bad, would be an idea to put a self service water station in the restaurant along with self service coffee and hot milk at breakfast which would free up the staff to clear tables quicker. Evening entertainment was good. Be prepared to wear masks inside which is not an issue had we been notified ahead of our travel, they are expensive to buy in the shop £7 for one. The hotel need to inform guests not to put toilet paper down the toilets as they block.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great resort for kids! Lots of children's programming and the water park is awesome. The food is great quality and there is lots of variety. The staff is super nice. There were times the service was a little slow, but just bouncing back after a pandemic the staff looks a little thin, I'm sure this will improve once tourism gets up and running again. Room was nice and clean. Easily one of the best resorts I've been to in 15 years of traveling.
