★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is not that great to look at. Even though it's by the beach, the beach has to much Sea Weed and not very appealing to swim in. They have two Pools, also not very great. If your on a budget and want to stay at a place close to Shopping centers and downtown Cancun with decent food, this place will get the job done.
To be very clear, this is not an ideal place to stay all day in, it's more of a place to sleep, and save on having to eat out all the time.

The person that are in charge of the food they treat you horrible, in a sense they have discrimination with some kind of people the person that present more injustice in the food service her name is Veronica. In the room they put a note told you that if you want a new towels put on the floor. They do not change you for new ones. They get up the towel that you put on the floor and put you again the same ones. The bartender, they say are changing the menu. You ask him what drinks are available, and say the same one. Then you look people and they have others drinks.
All the people that work there, give you an horrible service
Honestly I don’t recommend this place to visit when you came to Cancun. Get a better hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was not a 4 star hotel. The food awful and the drinks were useless. I will never book there again. They only had one set of towels in the room for 4 people and it took over 3 hrs to get more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all just getting there the receptionist was rude with the whole group , then my friend found a huge blood Stain in his covers, the ceiling are leaking water , they say all drinks included but they only serve cheap alcohol , most of the stuff was broken down the wifi was always never working , would not recommend for the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property has all the facilities you would want in an all inclusive hotel. The room service was good. The front desk team were very helpful. Nice choice of food and authentic Mexican. Only thing is the menu were written in Spanish and need to use google translate. Beach front portion is going through some face lift. You can sit, relax, and enjoy it. If you would like to get into the water public beaches nearby are the best. Drinks were fine. My experience was much better than some of the reviews I saw
