Me robaron mi vehículo y me dieron cita para levantar el acta por esto de la pandemia y el día de mi cita resulta que nadie laboraba y no había nadie que me diera informes de una próxima cita. Ya va casi un mes y aún no puedo levantar mi acta. Además el número telefónico que aparece aquí ni siquiera es correcto...Les cuento que después de mes y medio me hicieron el trámite del acta por robo de mi vehículo, el cual me cobraron más de 700 pesos y yo que leí que el trámite es GRATIS pero las licenciadas te cobran POR CADA HOJA de tu acta de denuncia. Entonces qué es Gratis? Que creen que fui por el acta para tenerla de recuerdo ? If I could give zero stars I would give them. Uno pensaría que los "licenciados " se tomaron dos horas de más para llegar bien desayunados y con toda la actitud pero no!! Llegan tarde, de pésima actitud y a parte piden su almuerzo para dejar apestando el lugar y hacer maaaassss ineficiente el servicio. Se tardan hora y media en promedio en atender a un sola persona.
