Horrible customer service. Will not return. Had to take a number, but they took ten people with higher number than me first. Four years living in Mexico and never felt prejudice. Spoke to manager. Shrugged his shoulders. All I needed was one copy. Done

Office Depot - when you need it! In PV, no less. Yes it has almost everything you will need for your office stuff and the specialty stuff can be ordered and either picked up at the store or delivered to your door.

Stopped in today to pickup some business cards. I was helped by three different employees who got me out in no time and cost much less than l anticipated. They have three locations that l have been to and all are very well ran. Excellent management and staff training.

Here is the process to print a document from your gmail account: Especially If you are from USA/Canada: In order to sign into your gmail account, (*EVEN IF YOU TURNED OFF 2factor authentication already!*) it will require your phone to have wifi or mobile data, because it will flash a number on your phone which you use to authenticate that it’s you signing in. The normal options to get a text or phonecall are greyed out. The OfficeDepot wifi is free, but in order to use it, it requires you to sign into your Facebook account (or there was one other option, but i forget what it was — it was not anything easier). So even if you know your Facebook password, the OfficeDepot wifi is so slow (even in the middle of the day, when it’s not busy) that it probably won’t work the first time. So just keep trying until it works (Or bring a hotspot with you, or make sure you have mobile data, or send the documents to something that makes it easier to sign-in on a public computer). Also be aware that the keyboard is different and does not have certain symbols on it, so you might need to google-search those symbols when you type in your password. Another thing to know: The process is different than what i am used to in USA. Here you must pay for the computer time in advance. Then you use the computer to access your documents & print them, then you go back to the counter to pay for the number of pages you printed. Cost: 1 peso per minute of computer use. (It took me 10 minutes just to figure out how to sign into my gmail account without mobile data, and to find the missing symbols on the keyboard that i needed to type in my password — and i am 32 years old & usually good with computers). I printed 3 pieces of paper, which cost me 2.70 pesos. Plus twenty minutes of computer usage for 20pesos. So 22.70 pesos total, or about $1.15 USD. Also you must DOWNLOAD the documents onto the computer before printing. I tried to print straight from the browser, but it did not work. And ask the employee which printer to select. She will ask if you want black/white or color. They did not speak English here, only a few words. I used my Google Translate app to communicate. Remember to signout of your gmail & DELETE the files you downloaded, as well as EMPTY the deleted files, in case you were printing something that has your ID number or something. Hope this is helpful to someone out there. (I selected 5 stars because it’s not the store’s fault that gmail makes it difficult to login. The employees were all very nice, the store was clean, and i was able to print what I needed to print). ?

Ordered ahead for pickup. Took a little time for them to figure out this service, but eventually got my product.

Generously gave them a two because they did try to suggest something but it was an yodel for something that still fell short to the one online . Office Depot never has any stock that appears online . What’s the point. They shouldn’t even show inventory in the website if they don’t have any. Also had to return a chair within the 7 days they inspected it made me seem like I didn’t know how to assemble it eventually returned it but I’m like what with this policy if it’s still a hassle. You think I wanted to take time out of my day take an Uber back again to the store to see be out of pocket and out of a chair for the sheer fun of it . Needs better service all around from online to in store experience .
