su horario de atención no es de 9 a 2;30 es de 9 a 1. porque a la 1 cierran las cajas, así que si vienen a hacer un trámite y deben pagar. vengan antes de las 12;30. o no serán atendidos.
además de que siempre se les va el sistema
There are 5 that I come here because of the bad information they handle
Their business hours are not from 9 to 2, 30 is from 9 to 1 because at 1 they close the boxes, so if they come to do a procedure and they have to pay. Come before 12:30. or they will not be served.
besides that the system always goes away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia. Solo fui a preguntar sobre un trámite, la reja estaba cerrada y solo veía gente adentro circular de un lado a otro y ninguno tuvo la decencia de acercarse a preguntar que necesitaba, siquiera por cortesía. Es que ya casi era la hora de la salida ¬_¬
Ojalá y esos servidores públicos fueran un poco mas empáticos y acomedidos. Su salario viene de la gente a la cual muchas veces ignoran, tratan mal o mal informan.
Bad experience. I only went to ask about a procedure, the gate was closed and I only saw people inside moving from one side to the other and no one had the decency to approach to ask what they needed, even out of courtesy. It's just that it was almost time to leave ¬_¬
I wish those public servants were a little more empathetic and accommodating. Their salary comes from people who are often ignored, mistreated or misinformed.
