★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio, la ejecutiva que se encontraba el dia de ayer 17/09/2020 me pidio el celular para configurar la aplicacion y porque no cargaba los montos de las cuentas dentro de la aplicacion y solicito un credito sin mi autorizacion, me llego correo con la solicitud y tuve que llamar a linea bbva para solicitar la cancelacio, para mi eso es una falta de etica y profesionalismo por parte del ejecutivo, tengan mucho cuidado con estas personas. saludos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me brincaron 13 turnos por personas que Hiban a aperturar cuentas, espere casi 2 horas por una pésima atención y solo para desbloquear mi aplicación, quise pedir informes de otro servicio y me dijeron que volviera otro día!
Terrible service, I was skipped 13 shifts by people who were going to open accounts, I waited almost 2 hours for terrible service and just to unlock my application, I wanted to ask for reports from another service and they told me to come back another day!
