Great place, but when you're booking make sure that the website says all meals included, I just read all inclusive but they only included breakfast ?

It is a terrible customer service, all the workers treat you badly, they do not care about the food or the customer, this is the first of many hotels I’ve been that I do not recommend staying. Very bad customer service!!!!!

Actually, everything is VERY poor Internet is not for free. Just one device covered. You have to pay $10 a day for every additional device. No entertainment. Just Zumba at noon. That is it. TV just on Spanish. No movie theater. Room service is very poor. They do take tips, but never refill fridge. Even for special request. Long lines for everything. Drinks, snacks, food. Food selections are lower than an average. Actually, after pools and bars are closed at the evening there’s nothing to do. Too many stairs. I do not have any problem with joints, but it is too much. I will never come back and will not suggest to anyone to come here for vacation.

Honestly, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing! Usually we prefer to travel off the beaten track - anyhow, we needed to stay one night in Cancun in order to catch our flight the next day. So we chose to book a hotel in Cancuns Hotel Zone and we just wanted to have a nice beach to spend our last day at. When we arrived at the hotel we were shocked! First, there was not a single sign of the Hotel name outside the hotel and we didn't know that it is part of a three hotel cooperation.. so we had difficulties to find the right hotel. Second, once we found it, the check-in process was horrible and took ages... the staff was not even able to explain how to get to our room and was very impolite at the check-in desk. So we found the way to our room through the enormous hotel complex on our own, passing a lot of drunk party people and vomit along the poolside - the smell was horrible. The room itself was okay, although the door to the balcony didn't work properly and also the drain of our bathtub didn't work. The walls are very thin so we could hear our room neighbors very clearly and listend to them arguing all night long... We just wanted to leave this horrible place. Additionally, the wifi was only valid for one single device! Honestly - in every other hotel/airbnb/... we stayed during our 4 weeks in Yucatan there has never been a problem regarding wifi... But seems like in a 4/5 star hotel they only have enough money to enable wifi for only 1 device. All in all there are not many words to describe that kind of tourism. We would never even think about coming back to this hotel or the Hotel Zone in Cancun ever again.

I have traveled to so many places around the world and this has to be by far the worst experience I've had staying at a hotel/resort. Started by getting there a bit earlier for check in around 1:30pm told us to check in took 2 hours to get to front desk then told us to come back at 4:00pm to get our room keys and they could hold out luggage at a location outside the hotel an employee complained we had so much luggage it was 7 of us traveling. Started walking around and there was not one place we could find to eat lunch that didn't have a wait time of 2 hours , after putting our name on a waiting list they told us 45 minutes we came back at exactly 45 minutes after and told us to wait another 20 and so we did we came back then told us there were 8 other tables ahead of us! At this point I was completely insane. We never ended up eating anything. By this time it was 4:00pm walked to get our room key they weren't ready at this point we get our keys until 5:30pm. My family and I were exhausted, and hungry we told them to keep there room keys and that we would be going else where, Roberto at the front desk responded very rudely and said that's awesome better for us. And we are currently disputing to get our money back for a place we didn't even get a chance to see our room. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Definitely would not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would’ve done it without thinking twice!! IT IS A TERRIBLE PLACE to stay in!! I was there few days ago with my family and I had a terrible experience and literally made my vacation a nightmare. The check in time took more than three hours! The staff and security are very disrespectful and always misinformed me of anything I asked about! They do not speak English at all and was very hard to communicate with them. There is no internet and pretty much felt like living in a desert for a week! The curtain fell down and they never fixed it so I asked for room replacement and they never got back to me. The customer service and the supervisor are horrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Expensive doesn’t mean good!

The check in process was a complete nightmare! I waited in line at least an hour at around 6pm on Wednesday August 18th. There were 3 attendants behind the desk. I went to the one with about 4 people in line. After waiting about 20 minutes it was my turn. I was told I would need to go to another line for check-in and that he couldn’t help me. There were no signs saying this and I was frustrated had to use the bathroom and phone was dying. So I go to the next line with about 4 people in front of me again and It takes absolutely forever!!! I was next in line with 2 men together in front of me at desk. They were there about 10 minutes and then the attendant just up and leaves! Never comes back! I’m pretty sure he took a break. I was eventually ushered to the far end and was finally helped! No reason with that few people it should have taken an hour to he helped. And why could the first person not help me after I had waited in line for 20 minutes? I noticed after me, he did actually help others check in! We were told upon arrival that no restaurants or bars were serving alcohol due to the approaching hurricane. My friend wanted to get water and alcohol so she asked one of the cab drivers out front how much to go to closest store? The store was literally across the street and he charged her $20 U.S!!! What a scam! We needed help with our bags and were told it would be $6 to take our bags to our room on the cart. I tipped on top of that! Funny because the next day we requested the same service and were told it didn’t cost anything! (I still gave him $10 for his patience and help). So the employee the night before lied to us??? Tried to call room service on 3 occasions since all the restaurants were closed. First time I was connected by front desk and no answer. Second and third time I tried the extension directly. No answer. So much for food that night. Nice & pretty resort but won’t be back due to the numerous issues we had! Finish Want to write a really helpful review? Read our review guidelines for tips.
