Very helpful during the immigration process.

I found this firm through an Internations post and just took the leap. And I am so happy with that decision. I needed help with my residency in Mexico. I speak English and very minimal Spanish. I called them but realized email was the best way to go as both of us weren't fluent speakers but are good in reading (I'm not fluent in Spanish and they weren't fluent in English). I emailed my situation and I did not know which visa to apply for. Atty. Andrea helped me select the right temporary residence type. She schedule my appointment with the embassy in my country and it was a breeze. I got my passport back in 2 days. Then, I flew to Mexico and had to go to the Mexico Immigration office there to have the fingerprints taken. They had an agent, who spoke English, waiting for me outside to assist me with the processing. Regarding the documents, Andrea had easy forms for me to fill-up and they copied my answers to the official documents. I got my residency ID in 1 week from the date of my appointment with the immigration office in Mexico. I picked up the ID from their office. We never met each other. Everything was transacted via email except for the ID and passport pick-up. Very easy and trustworthy. I highly recommend.
