Su atención es súper lenta, cuando acudí al laboratorio no tenían servicio de sanitario, pues no contaban con agua y la espera tan solo para pagar fue de 1 hora, más 30 mins para pasar a realizar el estudio. Terrible service. Their attention is super slow, when I went to the laboratory they did not have a toilet service, because they did not have water and the wait just to pay was 1 hour, plus 30 minutes to carry out the study.

No merece una estrella si quiera. Tienen un trato muy grosero y despótico, tanto de administrativo, cómo laboratoristas. It is a lousy service, they have horrible treatment. En otros laboratorios si las hacen por separado Lo único rescatable es la señorita de la entrada que es muy amable y las que toman las muestras. Hay sucursales con mejor atención que ésta. El problema es que la maquina para hacerce el estudio solo esta aquí en linda vista. Porque no nos dijeron eso desde ayer? Nos transportamos del otro lado de la ciudad para nada. Hice una cita para un estudio de audiometria en línea, pagué con anticipación y me dieron la cita en la sucursal montevideo, llegando ahí ,nos informan que no se puede llevar a cabo el estudio porque la maquina no sirve desde hace una semana. Yo hice de camino una hora y media, cancele otro compromiso y para este mal servicio....se supone que deberían de avisarnos por eso registran nuestro número y nombre.?? no los recomiendo.
