★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debo destacar la atención tan amable y esmerada de la señorita Norma, quien no solo me asesoró en el estudio que requería, sino que me brindó opciones para mejorar la cotización que mi paciente ya traía de atención telefónica.
Una agradable experiencia, toda vez que los laboratorios suelen brindar un trato genérico y frío... Sin embargo aquí encontré todo lo contrario.
 I must highlight the kind and careful attention of Miss Norma, who not only advised me on the study that I required, but also offered me options to improve the quote that my patient already had for telephone attention.
A pleasant experience, since laboratories usually offer a generic and cold treatment... However, here I found the opposite.

I made an appointment for Ultrasound, I had a full bladder and it took more than 1 hour to attend to me. So why date? very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del personal de recepción especialmente la "jefa". Hacen esperar y son muy groseros e intolerantes. No se recomienda para nada y sin estrella ni se puede publicar, sino no ponía nada de estrella. Mugres viejas mendigas.
Terrible attention from the reception staff, especially the "boss". They make you wait and are very rude and intolerant. It is not recommended for anything and without a star nor can it be published, otherwise it would not put a star at all. Dirty old beggars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es uno de los mejores laboratorios donde me han atendido, ni un solo moreton en mi brazo, precio mas economico que la competencia, limpieza buena, personal mejor que capacitado, muy agiles y eficientes, estaba super espantado de leer tantos malos comentarios, pero aun asi me Atrevi a venir, me hice estudios de sangre y tomografia de torax SIN CITA. ME TOMO 25 minutos desde que LLEGUE! ??????.
Una maravilla de lugar.
It is one of the best laboratories where I have been treated, not a single bruise on my arm, cheaper price than the competition, good cleaning, better than trained staff, very agile and efficient, I was super scared to read so many bad comments, but still So I dared to come, I had blood tests and chest tomography WITHOUT APPOINTMENT. IT TOOK ME 25 MINUTES SINCE I ARRIVED! ??????.
A wonderful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio deja mucho que hablar para agendar una cita me tarde 2hrs. Para que me hicieran el cobro otro tanto pero aún peor al momento de realizarme el estudio me atendieron más de una hora después por error de la recepcionista, definitivamente mal servicio.
The service leaves a lot to talk about scheduling an appointment takes me 2 hours. For them to charge me the same but even worse at the time of the study they attended me more than an hour later due to an error by the receptionist, definitely bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy poca amabilidad por parte de las señoritas recepcionistas es mas amable el valet parking que ellas a esta hora aprox.2.41 de la tarde estan todas en bola chismeando con el cel ,ni siquiera nos recibieron con un buenas tardes pesimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de su personal es muy amable, las instalaciones limpias. Fui en sábado y entre la fila para pasar, el pago y los exámenes estuve aproximadamente hora y media. Lo que no me gustó es que te dan un precio exorbitante para ofrecerte la membresia por 119 pesos y con ello el precio se vuelve el normal del mercado por lo que si vas a hacer varias cosas es casi obligado comprarla. Puedes estacionar en las calles aledañas tú mismo, hay un cuidador o si lo desea puede usar el Valet parking. Recomiendo hacer cita para evitar la fila de entrada.
The attention of its staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean. I went on a Saturday and between the line to pass, the payment and the exams I was about an hour and a half. What I did not like is that they give you an exorbitant price to offer you the membership for 119 pesos and with it the price becomes the normal market price, so if you are going to do several things it is almost obligatory to buy it. You can park in the surrounding streets yourself, there is a caretaker or if you wish you can use the Valet parking. I recommend making an appointment to avoid the entrance line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful to have it near by for tests that are not available at Tlalnepantla branch. They attend by phone and you do not need to make an appointment. We decided to go in a Sunday and it was the best decision. It was not crowded so we had our bones test done fast enough within 30min from when we entered, ask, pay and getting the test done. Highly recommended on Sundays to avoid loosing time and avoiding crowds.
