I traveled through this line but picked up a passage half way through. I think that even though it was a family, it should not be the same as things are going on here in NL ... other than that the service is good ...

The customer service is bad, they do not put anything on their side to help, in addition to their trucks are quite uncomfortable. I feel disappointed in the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entiendo que haya restricciones por el COVID-19, pero han bajado sus servicios, en ninguna manera son VIP el precio es alto y no tienes un viaje placentero. No ofrecen ningún bocadillo empaquetado, ni refrescos, ni audífonos desechables, viajas con la televisión muda. Creo que esto último no tiene nada que ver con el COVID-19.
I understand that there are restrictions due to COVID-19, but they have lowered their services, in no way are they VIP, the price is high and you do not have a pleasant trip. They don't offer any packaged snacks, or sodas, or disposable headphones, you travel with the television muted. I think the latter has nothing to do with COVID-19.
