Terrible service and as if that were not enough, my glasses did not fit well, so I had to return them twice until they finally fit.

Me mande hacer unos lentes y cuando regresé para que me los ajustaran porque se me resbalaban , la dizque técnica me dijo que se podían romper y que era bajo mi responsabilidad. De cuando acá no se pueden ajustar los lentes? Pesimo servicio. Irrecomendables. Ojalá y léan esto para mejorar.
Terrible service and attention. He had me make some glasses and when I went back to have them adjusted because they were slipping, the so-called technician told me that they could break and that it was my responsibility. Since when can't the glasses be adjusted? Terrible service. Unrecommended. Hopefully they read this to improve.
