Acudí a la matriz ubicada en calle Arista (muy cerca de Forum Buenavista) y la atención fue mucho mejor, tienen más variedad de lentes y su personal no es prepotente. En mi experiencia, no es recomendable Óptica Arista de Forum Buenavista, mejor vayan directo a la matriz.

Curiosamente solo con mujeres por que por lo que observé en un rato que estuve sentada a clientes hombres si les dan buena atención y hasta sus números personales …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, la información que te dan es poco detallada, el doctor Jorge Padró me dio la consulta más corta de mi vida! (1 minuto) solo dio su diagnóstico, sin dejarme hacer preguntas! Ojo exijan su graduación, porque no es barato y también se las quieren cobrar aparte! Resumen.. busquen otra opción.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue muy buena, si es la primera vez que vas te hacen la prueba digital y te explican los valores, cosa que en otras ópticas no quieren darte a menos que compres antes. Te sugieren y describen las promociones sin discriminar y sin verte feo, el personal es atento y amable. Aunque la variedad es poca hay modelos bonitos de marcas conocidas y no conocidas. Tienen buen precio y además aceptan Tap&Pay con Bancomer.

El examen de la vista muy bien, y el tiempo de espera para que entreguen tus lentes es menor al que indican. Ya cuando los entregan te hacen seguimiento y te dan una tarjeta para que le hagas servicio a tus lentes. Muy recomendable.
